Delegations from the FAO included Engineer Amjad Abu Jelbosh and others. TCS implemented a beekeeping project in partnership with the Palestinian Ministry of Agriculture. Together they discussed the needs of the project, the follow up of the project and ways to improve production.

The engineer, AmjadGraaa, talked about the importance and benefits of honey and its qualities, the origins of beekeeping, apiaries, cells used in beekeeping, standard specifications for honey, the uses of honey in food, packaging and preservation.
