Finalized  training in recourses investment and funds within project with Oxfam (amal fund) protect women in  Valleys this project implemented  in Morocco, Tunisia, Palestine and Yemen.  
The  Program strategically aims and  seeks to support organizations who work for advancey of womeny rights in each of these four countries under the protection of women in the northern Jordan Valley in partner ship with  new centre like feminist valleys center in  Bardala village .

training session participated women leaders in the women's partner in Alaqih centers and villages Bardala , Kardala , Tammoun , ein beda, atof and almaleh for thirty-hour with 22 Lady.
The training included the definition available resources , investment , collected and developed skills to meet the needs as well as teamwork .
They discusses the importance of its role , reflection on society and the skills of follow-up, influence and pressure in the recruitment of financial and human resources strategies
by the subject of training and achieved the objectives of the training program successfully.
The training aims to contribute to the empowerment of women in writing project that mimic needs to get to the social and legal rights , political participation to access funding to reach and achieve change on women's rights, which must be supported at various levels to facilitate women's access to justice and claim their rights. Through multiple activities, including campaigns and visits to study the active promotion of information and provide free service.
